Corn and your food

Here’s a link to an interview with the directors of a new movie called “King Corn” courtesy of Minnesota Public Radio. It’s all about corn and the role it plays in food. You will be amazed.

If you want some supplemental reading to go with it, check out the book a book I previously recommended “Twinkie, Deconstructed” by Steve Ettlinger. While the whole book is not just about corn, it will make you think even more than this movie about what’s in your food.
